Matt Bryers is owner and head instructor at the Jiu-Jitsu and Strength Academy in Cromwell, CT. Matt is a 3rd degree Kobukai Ju-Jitsu Blackbelt, certified H2H Combat Instructor, Certified Strongman Instructor and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Brown Belt / instructor.
