Learn how to do the Omoplata MMA Submission for Mixed Martial Arts fights or submission grappling

How to Pull It Off:
1. Start from inside the guard position.
2. Push and grab your opponent’s neck with your right hand.
3. Grab his right wrist and pull it to the mat.
4. Open your guard.
5. Pull right leg in, turn head to the left.
6. Push opponent away, swing foot over to hand.
7. Place right hand on mat and sit up.
8. Put left arm over opponent’s back.
9. Bring right foot back, lift hips up and sit forward.
