It goes over staying active in the guard and using our opponent’s reactions to your benefit. This goes along perfectly with my previous post about technique vs movement. Jeff Monson is showing and explaining on how to move / react / adapt in guard, compared to just learning a technique. His actions in guard will create the openings for the techniques.
