How to ground and pound

Me doing my ground and pound routine on a defenseless heavy bag. This is an older video where pride was still an organisation so I was training delevering knees to the head which is now considered now as a foul. Always put your weight on top of the bag, and switch sides. Putting your knee on the stomach is a powerful position that to make you develop groud punching mecanics.
