This is Li Baoru – 72 – practicing a traditional excercies for increasing hand eye coordination, grip strength, and the lower back.

This steel keystone weighs 9kgs

If you want to try this remember when throwing the keystone to do so in a way that allows for the catcher to catch it using a technique.

When catching the keystone remember to go with its energy. Dont grab it.

The stronger and more confident you become the higher you can throw it.

Dont be stupid with it, if it lands on your toe it will take you out for a month or two!

Go for gold!
